Just Having Fun

These are just a few photos of Ivan having fun. He absolutely LOVES swinging! He is not such a big fan of swinging with us, but he loves to be in the baby swing. He just laughs and laughs when we push him and I absolutely LOVE to hear him laugh. It is the best sound I have ever heard! Ivan is also a big fan of bubbles. I love it when he tries to touch the bubbles.

Bad Manners!

So, the other night at dinner, Ivan decided he would use every bad manner that he could possibly think of. He started by attempting to undress, he managed to get his shirt half way off, but decided he would just leave it behind his neck. He then moved on to showing us exactly what he was eating-thanks Aunt Kelly! Finally, he thought he needed to put his feet on the table while eating. I think this boy is going to need some etiquette classes!

For Uncle Marc

Uncle Marc bought this shirt for Ivan when he was only a few weeks old. For the past 17 months, Uncle Marc has been asking us why Ivan has not worn his Led Zeppelin shirt yet. So, I decided it was finally time to break out the shirt. It is a little wide, but most shirts are on Ivan. I think he looks quite nice in the shirt-it is a little harder for people to mistake him for a girl when he is wearing a Led Zeppelin shirt :)

Pre-Easter

We had a busy, yet relaxing weekend. On Saturday, Jeff and Stacy came over for a cookout. we just hung out and played with Ivan all evening-Ivan is helping them prepare for the VERY active baby they are about to have. If anyone can prepare someone for this, Ivan can! For some reason, we did not remember to break out the camera on Saturday, which is very unlike us :(
On Sunday we headed to my parents house for the afternoon. Apparently, the Easter Bunny made a special trip to hide Easter Eggs a week early for Ivan. He had so much fun finding LOTS of Easter Eggs full of candy. For some reason, plastic eggs have always been one of Ivan's favorite things to play with. The sitter gave him one last year for Easter and that was all he played with for a while! We then had a very yummy lunch and spent lots of time playing outside. Ivan had some much fun running up and down their yard. I know I posted a ton of photos, but I just love them all!

Ivan was playing with Aunt Kelly, but that boy moves so fast, that I completely missed him. I still think it is a cute photo of Kelly though ;)

Marc and Baby Mallory

Kristen and Baby Mallory

Ivan was helping Paw Paw clean out the flower bed. I think Ivan was a little shocked that he was really allowed to pull the dead flowers out! He even made sure all of the flowers were in one neat little pile, not sure why he can't do this with his toys at home!

Mike was hanging Ivan upside down and I thought it was cute enough to lay on the ground to get a photo!

Ivan's new game is "where did it go?" It usually starts with Ivan dropping something on the floor and then we puts his hands up and says "where did it go?" The untrained ear may only hear the word "go" but those of us that speak Ivan know what the rest of the sentence is.

Nothing special going on here, I just couldn't resist posting these photos. I just think he looks so freakin cute!
