Ivan absolutely loves to go outside, he will stand at the back door and say "outside" until you give into his request. If you do not give in, chances are he will throw a fit. He usually wants to go outside and go down his slide, however his favorite thing to do is play in his pool. He loves to get in and out of his pool over and over and also loves to drag the sprinkler over the pool. His new favorite pool toy is a plastic cup, he loves to fill it up and dump it our and apparenlty, he also loves to drink out of this cup. We do not encourage this, however it is pretty cute.
We have made a couple trips to my parent's house this summer to swim in the "big pool" Ivan loves to be in the water, but he also just loves to run up and down their yard. He has to stop and look at all of the flowers (which are often just bushes) and anything else that may catch his eye.I thought it was pretty cute that he had to drag his towel along with him every where that he went! Mallory also had her very first swim with Aunt Kelly and she loved it as well!
